It's roasted to achieve maximum body and sweetness, so that it can pair well with your favourite milk (or milk alternative like almond or soy), but still work beautifully as a long or short black (James' favourite).

As with all of our coffees, through our partners, we aim to source ethical and sustainable coffee that allows producers to have a good quality of life.
